Asset management

Alternative assets are difficult to manage, value and benchmark. Annise helps by easily allowing you to add asset-specific capital commitments, capital calls, and associated transactions. Transactions can be cash transactions or non-cash transactions. Entering non-cash transactions allows Annise to correctly calculate IRRs / MOICs without a cash impact. This is particularly important when you want to enter historical data. Asset-specific attributes (e.g cap rates or venture fund vintage) allow for advanced analytics. Review performance at an individual asset level, or across multiple investments within the same class.
