── Platform · Collaboration & Members ──
Everyone on the same page. Members see what they're meant to see.
Every financial, tax, and estate advisor, every trustee, beneficiary, and executor, and every family member — working from the same system.
No per-seat fees, no limit on who's invited, and permissioning that keeps each person's view exactly as it should be. No AUM fees. No per-seat charges.
── WHAT YOU GET
One system of record, shared properly.
── Why this matters ──
Most families coordinate through forwarded PDFs, reply-all email threads, and a spreadsheet that's already stale by the time someone opens it. It's a version-control problem as much as an information problem — four people looking at four different numbers, each convinced theirs is current.
“The difference between a shared inbox and a shared system isn't the people on it. It's whether they're all looking at the same thing, updated the same moment.”
Member types
Your team.
Complex wealth takes more than one person to manage well — advisors, fiduciaries, family members, each playing a specific role. Annise names every one of them, because a disciplined approach starts with knowing exactly who's involved and what they're responsible for.
── PERMISSIONS
Three levels of access, granted deliberately.
Permissions are set at the Family Office, entity, and account level — so access follows the structure your wealth is actually held in, rather than opening the whole picture to everyone in it.
01
Family Office
The whole picture. Reserved for owners and general members, who are also the only members able to see the full roster of everyone with access.
02
Entity
A single trust, LLC, partnership, or foundation — and everything held inside it. A trustee sees the trust they administer and nothing adjacent to it.
03
Account
One account at a time. Grant an advisor the custodial account they manage without exposing the balance of anything else.
Members only see themselves.
Outside of owners and general members, no one sees who else has been invited. Your estate attorney doesn't learn which of your children has access, and one advisor doesn't discover the other.
Invite in a few clicks
Send an invitation and grant view or edit rights at the level you choose.
Change rights at any time
Move someone from view to edit, or narrow their scope, without rebuilding anything.
Remove members
Easily remove members — relationships end, and so does the access.
── GRANTOR TRUST
Annise knows the difference between a trustee and a grantor.
Creating a trust doesn't automatically dictate how it is taxed. When a structure is designated as a Grantor Trust, Annise models that distinction — attributing some or all of the trust's tax attributes directly to the grantor rather than to the trust itself.
Annise handles Grantor Trust status independently, keeping tax attribution separate from fiduciary control. A grantor, trustee, and beneficiary each hold distinct roles, and Annise treats them accordingly.
Annise models the structure you set. It doesn't provide tax or legal advice.
