About Us
Annise was born from the frustrations of experienced investors and family wealth practitioners who saw firsthand how fragmented and outdated the tools for managing increasingly complex wealth had become. Our global team of experienced entrepreneurs bring together decades of hands-on experience — not just in building companies, but in actually managing investments, entities, and family structures ourselves. We designed Annise to bring together banking, investments, property, income, and accounting into one intelligent, purpose-built platform — the first comprehensive expense and wealth management solution, a Unified Wealth Operating System (UWOS). We built what we wished we had — a system that’s powerful enough for seasoned investors, yet intuitive enough for the next generation. Whether you’re managing your individual family's wealth, and/or wealth across trusts, LLCs, or multiple family members, Annise brings clarity, control, and simplicity to your entire financial universe.

Why we do it
Before Annise, there was no easy-to-use, holistic, investor-focused expense and wealth management solution available - especially for those whose lives are becoming a little more financially complex. Typically, transaction data is housed in an advisor platform (or multiple advisor platforms), and numerous spreadsheets are needed to track partnership investments. Then access to different trustees and beneficiaries needs to be provided through multiple custodians, along with physical folders containing trust and estate documents, all in an attempt to keep advisors fully informed so they can provide holistic advice. Additionally, numerous reports need to be printed out to help communicate to family and other stakeholders . Annise enables a family office approach to managing wealth without the overhead of legacy software and the expense of traditional family office infrastructure.

How we do it
Annise allows you to sync, input, or upload your bank accounts, brokerage accounts, and quarterly LP statements. Once assets and securities are uploaded, Annise enriches your securities data with its security-specific metadata to provide in-depth analytics and forecasting. As transactions start coming in, Annise continuously categorizes each transaction, allows for updates and reconciliation, and provides insights and opportunities in real time. You can establish trust entities and assign specific assets to understand income and asset allocation for each trust and individual owner. Add managers of multiple assets and advisors of multiple asset classes to track performance. Invite trustees, beneficiaries, family, and advisors to access specific assets, trusts or the family office as a whole -- ensuring appropriate access to data and shared understanding of your portfolio. Annise’s navigation is simple, intuitive and powerful in the sense that it allows for looking at data at many different levels. Filters allow you to group certain assets, accounts and/or trusts for different views. Finally, all of it is built on a robust general ledger.
In addition, Annise utilizes AI throughout the platform including AI-enabled workflows to allow for automated processing and reconciliation of statements and documents, along with AI agents that assess geopolitical risk, help you determine your effective tax rate, deliver analysis for individual securities and identify insights and opportunities across your portfolio.

Why We're Different
Annise is first and foremost investor-focused. If your portfolio resides within an RIA software platform or multiple custodians, your data is not portable and your RIA might not have access to your whole portfolio, limiting their effectiveness. Budgeting software does a great job of helping you categorize and budget for income and expense, but leaves out a lot of the transaction types and analytics needed to properly manage public and private securities. Trading software is focused on getting you to trade. They don’t do anything to integrate private assets and most don’t offer expense management. Asset-specific software is great in the sense that it provides in-depth transaction data and appropriate analytics but doesn’t consolidate your banking and brokerage accounts. Annise brings all of this together in one easy-to-use consolidated platform to help you holistically manage your wealth no matter where you are on your wealth journey.
